If you would like to stay at a property near Sabino Canyon, check out our available units at Ventana Vista, this community is within walking distance to Sabino Canyon and has 1, 2, and 3 bedroom condos available. Additionally, you could Look at Canyon View, Veranda or The Greens which are all located on Tucson’s Northeast side only about a mile away from Sabino Canyon.
Another Tucson Landmark is Ventana Canyon. The area is made famous by the Tucson Loews Ventana Canyon Resort and the Tom Fazio designed golf courses. In fact hole #3 of the Mountain course is said to be the most photographed hole west of the Mississippi. If golf isn’t your thing, you might enjoy strolling the grounds of the resort which include specimen cacti as well as several lakes and a short trail to a desert waterfall (great photo op). There are several great restaurants to choose from or perhaps you may want to just enjoy the city lights below while having a cocktail.
Many of our vacation rental properties are located in the community of Canyon View at Ventana which is immediately adjacent to the resort and actually has a path leading from the complex right to the lodge. This is a great complex for those who want to be surrounded by the natural beauty of Tucson’s Sonoran desert. The Catalina mountains are the backdrop for this community and in fact the Ventana Canyon Trailhead starts right from the complex.
